Enrique Razon Jr, An investor and owner of Bloomberry Resorts Corporation is selling its casino (Jeju) in South Korea. The announcement made at Philippines Stock exchange. According to the report, Bloomberry Resorts Corporation’s subsidiaries Solaire Korea Co. Ltd will sell its 96.23% of share in the country to a Chinese casino group named as lao Kun Group Holding Company.
The lao group is excited about the deal and is expected to attract most of the VIP casino players of china and of Asia.
The agreement happens because of the lao group sincerely looking to be in Hotel and casino business.This purchasing price including the shares and shareholders of the casino Hotel & resort is almost $102.29 million. The report also says that more details of the deal will be disclosed after 45 days of the transaction completed, just to avoid any chaos (if any).
The buyer company owner “Iao Kun” is looking forward to make this casino a great place, it is confident that they can attract top casino lovers from the Chinese territories. It is good to mention here that “there are hundreds of thousands of Chinese currently playing casino in and around the country”.
Most of them are VIP and love to bet millions of dollars, when required. This was the idea behind this particular deal in between Solaire Korea Co. Ltd and lao group.
As per lao group is concerned, There may be plenty of advantages around, such as Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino is just 5 minutes away from the Jeju International Airport and hence the chances of receiving top VIP players is really good. The Hotel has 208 rooms and suits in it and a hugh 2,215 square meters of gaming space. The casino & Hotel was one of the best casino destinations in the South Korea and was doing well since its renovation by the cooperation in early months.
