Twin River in Tiverton area has started to look at hiring opportunity in the region for their casinos. No ground is even cleared till now but the officials are looking for the opportunity to hire a least 30 new card dealers from the area that they are gonna to need in future.
Twin River has started publishing posters which tells local people about hiring processes. The training session of the new hired casino dealers will begin on February 20.
Twin River official Patti Doyle says that “we will immediately need 30 casino dealers in Lincoln” and hence we are trying to get ready for everything.
The training session for the dealers will start on February 20. Every single session will last to four hours, one day in week for next six weeks, he says.
Mr. Doyle says that this current hiring process is for local people in Tiverton area only and it will teach our dealers how to deal with blackjack, craps, roulette and table games and of course it will teach dealers how to behave.
Twin River casino is expected to hire at least 500-600 people on its payroll and hence the first batch of 30-50 people who are going to be trained will have to chance to join the casino hotel.
This casino 7 Hotel project will be located in 45 acres in between William S. Canning Boulevard and Stafford Road.
Necessary steps and Environmental clearance for the upcoming projects is already underway and everything is expected to be on the floor very soon, says Doyle.
Doyle further says that once everything gets cleared ‘we’ll decide about job fairs’, because until then we cannot predict where and when job fairs would be held.
The approved property in Lincoln area will feature 1,000 slot machines, 30 table games and a huge restaurant.
