Jason Baldridge, a 34 year and a part time poker player from San Antanio is the new winner of $1,675 buy-in Main event at Harrah’s New Orleans. The player pocketed a sum total of amount $227,412 from the tournament and took home the title of the championship.
William Tait becomes runner-up of this event and collected a sum total of amount $140,192 from the tournament. The event attracted 758 entries and generated a good amount of money as total prize pool.
Baldridge played really well till the end of the day and collected the season’s last gold ring for himself at Harrah’s, New Orleans. He would also get an automatic entry to prestigious World Series of poker Global Casino championship, which would take place in the end of the season.
Baldridge is a graduate from St. Mary’s University with a degree in Business Management. He loves to play poker in his free time.
After winning this tournament he said that ‘I love to play poker in my free time” I play cash games at different poker tournament. I travel with Jose and I’ll play some tournament, but I never played poker in serious manner”.
The final table of nine players included entrants like John Cressend, Gabriel Andrade, Jeffrey Turton, William Tait and Jason Baldridge.
The first player busted from the final table was Jeffrey Turton. He busted to ninth place ad took home $21,478 as winning total.
The next man hit the rail was a player named Gabriel Andrade and he pocketed $27,049 from the tournament for his eighth position.
Seventh, sixth and fifth places of the game were for players known as Jett Schencker, John Cressend and Ryan Leng and they pocketed $34,485, $44,514 and $58,180 respectively.
