The Simmons’ Rock & Brews Casino Resort in northern Oklahoma will complete in next two years and it will be a great place for Wichitans said co-founders of KiSS Mr.Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons.
The hotel will feature 250 rooms and it will be in the 186,566 square feet, whereas the casino floor would be in around 77,528 square feet.
A total number of 1,500 slot machines, 40 table games and 12 poker tables will be available at the Hotel & casino.
It will compete with current Kansas Star Casino – Braman, which is just 55 Miles south of Wichita.
Co-founders of the property Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons were gathered to break the ground for the making of the property.
Many other officials of the project were available on the venue on Thursdays and they said that “we will bring visitors from Tulsa; and we’ll be able to pull people from Wichita and from Oklahoma City.
The closest metropolitan city near Rock & Brews casino is Wichita. The construction of the casino started on Thursday on the Kaw nation land (a small tribe 3,500 people) by Erin Kekahbah, a tribal council member. She got emotional when things were taking place. She was the first who broke the ground.
Kekahbah said “it is a big day for us to be proud”; it will create and shape our future. We are not looking and planning for five years, but are looking at five decades from now, she added.
According to the details of the casino, it will create over 1,000 construction and permanent jobs and will add values to the local economy.
The casino would be one of the largest casino places in northern Oklahoma after completion. The casino will feature a Casino-floor of 77,528 square feet, Bingo Hall of 17,557 square feet, a 12,120 square feet conference Hall and many other entertainment things. The Rock & Brews Restaurant will be of 250 seats and a stage.
